In our last update, 13 states had filed the Convention of States application in their state legislatures.
Now that number is up to 21, and we expect two more states to file by the end of the day!
The following states have the Convention of States resolution on file and will be considering it in the upcoming weeks:
South Carolina, Missouri, New Mexico, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Montana, Nebraska, Wyoming, Virginia, Massachusetts, Arizona, North Dakota, Utah, Texas, South Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, and Kansas.
These legislatures must pass the applications before they can be counted towards the necessary 34. If you want to know what's happening in your state, you can join your state team and contact your point person, find your state's Facebook page, or send us an email.
